Townsend Building Services is a trading name of T & T Corporation Pty Ltd, a second generation family owned business.

The business was originally established in 1993 to offer a home repairs service to the insurance industry. The Taylor family acquired the business in 2004 and it has since grown significantly to accommodate the requirements of our customers. Whilst we continue to maintain recommended builder status for the major insurance companies in Queensland, our experience also makes us the builder of choice for a full range of home building services.

We have branches in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Toowoomba, Sunshine Coast, Townsville, Cairns and Newcastle with over 50 employees, project managers, estimators and qualified tradespeople. We also have ready access to over 100 reliable BSA accredited sub-contractors.
